Super-visa Invitation Letter
The ideal person to provide your Letter of Invitation depends on the reason for your visit to Canada:
The invitation letter should be written by a Permanent resident or Canadian citizen and can be issued for a parent and/or grandparent.

Information that should be included in the letter?
- Essential details about both the visa applicant and the inviter.
- A photocopy of a document proving their status in Canada (e.g., Canadian birth certificate, Canadian citizenship card, or proof of permanent residency).
- An explanation of the purpose for the trip to Canada.
- Details of the planned duration of stay in Canada.
- Accommodation details (where they will stay).
- How they will cover expenses during their stay.
- Planned departure date from Canada.

For the parent and grandparent super visa, you must also include:
- Financial support: A written and signed promise of financial support for the visiting parents or grandparents during their entire stay in Canada.
- Income: Proof that your income meets or exceeds the low-income cut-off (LICO) for the total number of people in your household, including the visiting parents or grandparents.

Recommended additions:
- Asset Information : Proof of real estate ownership.Provide the deed and certified valuation of the property.
- Financial Status : Bank statement, pension, fixed deposit account, etc.
- Employment : Proof of any form of employment.
- Family : Letters from family members stating why the applicant will be needed to return home.-
- Religious Ties : If the applicant is a member of any religious organisation then provide a letter or proof from the church, temple, mosque, etc.
- Support Letters : A letter from your Member of Parliament will assist.
- Other : Any other documents, facts or pictures (not necessary) to prove strong ties back home.

Additional Considerations
- Note that merely writing a letter of invitation does not make the inviter legally responsible for the visitor once they arrive in Canada.
- The letter should be written in good faith, with truthful information.
- The letter should be notarized in front of a notary.
- The visitor must submit this letter along with their visa application to the Canadian embassy or consulate outside of Canada.
